Mail your unit to the address provided under the limited warranty information below within the 30 days. Just include the unit, your receipt, and a brief statement of the cause of your dissatisfaction. No questions will be asked.

Two Year Limited Warranties
Your TravelTow is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase or receipt as a gift. This limited warranty does not include damage caused by accident or misuse of the product by the user or commercial carriers.

Include a note giving the reason for returning your unit and your name, address and telephone number. Make sure the unit is properly packaged to avoid damage in transit to our customer service center. If the unit is covered by the limited warranty, we will repair it or replace it and ship it to you at no charge. Please allow four weeks for service.
