Returns within 30 days of receipt are exchanged or the purchase price is refunded. Returns occurring after 30 days are exchanged for the same product, or a TravelTow.com credit is issued for another purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products can be returned to Returns Processing in the Distribution Center. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip included with your order.
