Methods
TravelTow accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover. We will not bill your credit card until
we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped.
Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the
funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check
the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with
a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations
pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.
TravelTow
reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is
needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will
be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail
or fax.
Checks
and Money Orders
To pay by check or money order please print out your completed Shopping
Cart page and mail to TravelTow, 31 Trail Edge Circle, Powell, OH 43065;
or you may call a Sales Associate at 614-218-8003. We are only able
to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks drawn from
U.S. banks. To determine the amount required for your payment use the
subtotal amount from the Shopping Cart page and add local sales taxes
for the state you are shipping to. Paying by check or money order will
slow down your order as items will not be shipped until checks or money
orders are received and funds are cleared.
Multiple
Credit Card Orders
Unfortunately, our site cannot accept orders using multiple credit cards.
However, you may call one of our Sales Associates to place an order
using up to three different credit cards as long as the cardholder name
and billing address for each card is the same. To place the order call

Sales
Taxes
We are required to collect sales tax in all states where TravelTow has
a Store or physical presence. The sales tax calculated during checkout
is an estimate, and may vary slightly when your order is processed.
Currently, TravelTow only charges sales tax for customers in Ohio or
Florida.
