You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order. TravelTow also offers Next Day Air and FedEx Saver 3-Day Delivery.

Note: Larger or bulk orders are delivered to your home or office by local carriers. These deliveries will take seven to twenty-one days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time. To arrange other delivery terms, please contact our Customer Resource Center or call 614-218-8003.

TravelTow reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.

Next Day and Express Delivery Conditions:
To ensure Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 2PM EST Monday-Friday. Orders received after 2PM EST will not be processed and shipped until the following business day, orders placed after 2PM on Friday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

*FedEx Saver 3-Day Delivery is NOT guaranteed during Holiday periods.

In-Stock/Inventory Status
We work hard to have plenty of in-stock products to service our customers. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery time. In most cases this information will be posted online for you to view prior to placing an order.

Shipping & Handling (For each address within 48 contiguous states)
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of order. Shipping charges are based upon weight. Shipping and handling for additional units are averaged to a flat additional charge of $1.25 (USPS), $1.50 (FedEx Saver 3-Day), and $2.00 (FedEx Overnight), for each additional unit.
